Who we are

Velmora Strategy Group LLC ("Velmora," "we," "us") operates velmorastrategy.com. Velmora is a subsidiary of Chavez Capital LLC. Velmora is responsible for the information collected on this site. Questions about this policy go to info@velmorastrategy.com.

What we collect

Information you give us. If you submit the inquiry form, we collect what you enter: name, email, phone (optional), firm, role, sponsor type, firm website (optional), industry, revenue range (optional), deal stage, what needs to move, pillars of interest, timeline, budget fit, and how you heard about us.

Information collected with your submission. We also record the time of submission, the page address, the referring address, and utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign when those appear in the link you used.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Please do not include confidential deal information in the form. We will ask for what we need once an engagement is being discussed.

How we use it

We use your information to review your inquiry, reply to you (we aim to respond within two business days), and decide whether an intro call makes sense. We do not enroll you in an automated email sequence from the form. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

Who we share it with

Your submission is emailed to Velmora and stored in a private Notion database so we can review it. A single confirmation email is sent to the address you entered. These service providers process your information only to provide that storage and email, not for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our legal rights, or as part of a sale, merger, or reorganization of our business. We do not otherwise share inquiry details outside Velmora.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records while we are considering or performing an engagement, and for up to [three] years afterward for our business records, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time by emailing info@velmorastrategy.com.

Your choices

You can email info@velmorastrategy.com to ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, including access-restricted accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Analytics and Do Not Track

No site analytics provider is currently active. If we add one, we will update this policy before it goes live to name the provider and describe what it records (for example, whether a call-to-action was clicked or a form step was reached). Because we do not track visitors across other websites, the site does not change its behavior in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Children

This site is for business professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Where information is processed

Velmora is based in the United States, and information you submit is processed and stored in the United States.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date above.
